1. Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and force majeure events such as natural disasters or logistics disruptions). For special cases that may cause delays, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement.

2. Delivery Time

United States: 3-8 business days
Note: The above delivery time is for reference only; the exact time will be subject to the logistics tracking information and actual delivery status.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 (excluding sale promotion ).
  • Shipping fees for orders under $99 will be calculated based on package weight and shipping method, with details available on the payment page.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Warehouse Information: Orders to the United States are shipped from either our China warehouse or US warehouse.
  • Default Delivery Method: Express delivery.
  • Other Delivery Methods: Upon request, alternative shipping methods may be available. Please contact our customer service before placing an order for customized shipping solutions, as this may affect shipping costs and delivery times.

5. Serviceable Regions

Currently, our shipping services are only available for addresses within the United States.

Note

  • No refund for TSA-locked luggage if you can't open it due to a forgotten password; contact local customs officers as we don't provide matching keys.
  • Case only, without any weapons.
